Hi & welcome to the Friendly Fox, Bassaleg.

We are 4 local businessmen from varied professions with a drive & desire to bring back this fantastic local pub to the heart of the Bassaleg community. Our main aim was to reinvent this family-friendly pub & put it back on the map for honest food, great drinks and good times.

With private areas to hire, we want to be your go-to for birthdays, weddings, wakes, christenings, engagements & Christmas parties. However, if you’re just after a decent pub meal and large glass of wine after a hard day - we’re good for that too.

With the 4 of us living in (or from) the local & surrounding area, we hope you will support The Friendly Fox as we take this wonderful pub through its next lease of life.
